I'm going based off of the fact that ever since Orange Eyes became a special, it hasn't broken 1000 value yet. People won't sell it for less than 1k, but at the same time people won't buy it for that much either, they know that its value hasn't broken 1000. If they did have 1000 bucks or more to spend, I'm sure they wouldn't spend it on Orange Eyes, they would maybe look for a better-looking special item, and go with that. Like the top hats for example, Gala top hat by itself is sitting at 1.7k value, and for a cheaper price as well. New glistical players would most likely go for that hat, rather than Orange eyes.
